  • Domestic Shipping: Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Expect delivery within 5–10 business days from shipment.

For multi-product orders, items may arrive in separate packages from our warehouses in the USA, Turkey, and other locations. This allows us to get your products to you faster and more efficiently.

Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our support team within 15 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through a fast and hassle-free return, offering a replacement, exchange, or refund upon verification.

  • Correct Orders: Items correctly sent cannot be returned or refunded, so please review your order carefully before purchase.

Multi-Item Orders

To get your products to you faster and more efficiently, items from multi-product orders may ship from different warehouses, arriving in separate packages. All items will still arrive as ordered — just not necessarily in the same box.
