Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose the product you want, select your color and size, then add it to your cart. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has already been processed or shipped.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address. Cernith is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on your country and location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over €40.
For orders below €40, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information can take time to update after your order has been shipped. Delays may also happen due to customs, courier delays, high order volume, or local delivery conditions.
Sizing & Fit
How do Cernith products fit?
Cernith performance pieces are designed with an athletic fit.
Compression products are made to fit tight and close to the body.
Should I size up?
If you prefer a looser fit, are between sizes, or have broader shoulders, we recommend sizing up.
Where can I find the size chart?
The size chart is included in the product image gallery. Please check the size chart before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Product Care
How should I wash my Cernith products?
Machine wash cold. Wash inside out. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry on high heat. Hang dry recommended.
Can I tumble dry the products?
We recommend hang drying to protect the fabric, fit, and print quality.
