To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please do not send items back before contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Cernith is not responsible for returns lost during shipping.

Damaged, Defective Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged by the customer
Items without original tags or packaging
Gift cards
Items returned without first contacting us

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Right Of Withdrawal For EU Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition.
